Our interpretation of an Aussie classic. 100% Organic malt from Voyager (Schooner Pale, Vienna, malted wheat) with Aussie Cascade in the boil, freshly picked (and lovingly driven back to the brewery immediately) Vic Secret hops in the whirlpool and then generously dry hopped with Galaxy and Vic Secret.
Light fruity esters from the yeast and a spritzy finish from the higher level of carbonation.
